5 Stars: High intensity activity, total body workout
4 Stars: Vigorous activity, full body workout
3 Stars: Continous activity, half body workout
2 Stars: Medium intensity, many breaks in activity
1 Stars: Low intensity with perhaps periodic intense bursts of activity
0 Stars: Low intensity, worthless for fitness
 

5 Star Activities: Jump rope

4 Star Activities: Cross-country skiing, hiking with steep uphills and dual poles, bicycling in technically challenging terrain that require extensive use of arms for balance.  All activities that makes extensive use of arms and legs

3 Star Activities: Bicycling, Brisk walking without dual poles.  Canoeing/kayaking.  Activities that makes extensive use of arms or legs

2 Star Activities: Walking

1 Star Activities: Baseball. Driving an ATV -- if you get stuck every once in a while

0 Star Actvities: Driving anything motorized
